My idea of the desired process is that the Libraries Committee itself will discuss and vote on incremental changes to the standard. If you are concerned about the Committee going "off the rails", I would be happy for the rules to be changed to allow a majority of vendors to veto any committee decision within a specified time. You are busy with many other activities, and it would be a shame to waste the talent within the Committee. ELS95 may be an official released standard, but it walks like a Draft and quacks like a Draft. There is still much work to do. The appropriate body to do this work is the NICE-ESG Libraries Committee.
