Then every once in a while I can make the whole updated document available for discussion and votes if required. If this is an acceptable way to go, I will send brief messages of the form Changed XXX to YYY in class ZZZ when a change is made, an messages of the form Iteration n is available in ftp://..... when a revised version (with change bars) available.
