Thanks for the nice note. I volunteered for the task, so it is my responsibility to carry over changes promptly. As Christine notes, I physically won't be able to do anything for the next three weeks, but will work on the update as soon as I get back. Except in such cases it is fair to start screaming if the documents are not updated within two weeks of a revision level. -- BM
