Some comments on Steve's comments..
PELKS compatability

Although there has been discussion on the topic, and more is
exected and indeed welcome, NICE has not yet addressed
the issue of compatability and interoperability formally.

PELKS is updated regularly by Bertrand - actually, quite an onerous
task for which we should thank him! Bertrand is away from base for the
next month or so.
