Some serious debate is to be expected on COMPARABLE and HASHABLE.
I hope we will come to a consensus, but either a consensus
or a vote will not be reached for several weeks.
The very idea of a vintage 95 is that it should appear early
in the year, and that things can still be changed for the following
year.
As Paul himself says, his argument

There is nothing special about COMPARABLE and HASHABLE. They
are just coming for discussion now because they are next in the
list.
We need a published 1995 document now.
