SDT-FREEOP-CASE
Ambiguity:
ETL does not specifically state whether case is significant in a
free operator. That is, is `infix "|FOO"' different from `infix
"|foo"'?
Proposal:
Free operators should not be case-sensitive. |FOO is the same
as |foo.
Defense:
This follows from the treatment of feature identifiers (which
are case-insensitive).
