Problems with earlier versions of ISE Eiffel
The problems described here no longer arise with current versions.
If you still have ISE Eiffel 3, it is time to update to
ISE Eiffel 5.
If the symptoms are any of the following, the solution may be easy.

Personal Eiffel for Windows does not properly work on Windows 95.

Personal Eiffel for Windows (version 3.3) was released before Windows 95.
The good news is, you can download a few patches that will make
the environment work properly on Windows 95. The better news is that ISE Eiffel 4 is of
course designed from the start for Windows NT and Windows 95.

Eiffel for Windows crashes

Changing working drive

Generic derivation in creation type

There seems to be a bug when a generic derivation appears only
in a creation type.
